Terms of Business
We do not require for the disbursements (deposit) before the funeral.
We required clients to sign a written estimate of the funeral cost prior to the arrangements funeral.
If a direct cremation is selected then the full amount will need to be paid two days prior to the direct cremation.
The full amount for the funeral is subject to settlement with 28 days for the funeral account date after which interest of 5% will be charged per calendar month on the outstanding balance.
All of the above terms are subject to M J Sheppard Funerals Directors Ltd degression.
Company Ownership
M J Sheppard Funeral Directors Ltd is solely owned by Mr Mark Sheppard.
